Position Description
The role is responsible for supporting the Head of Supplier Performance Management & Data Analytics in the effective management of supplier performance activities and the adoption of AI-enabled procurement solutions across the Group. The incumbent will coordinate supplier performance information, support data collection and data cleansing, maintain reliable supplier performance records, and assist in identifying practical AI and automation opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, data quality, and decision-making.
What You'll Do
1. Supplier Performance Management Support
- Support the collection, consolidation, and validation of supplier performance data from procurement teams, business units, systems, and suppliers.
- Maintain supplier performance scorecards, KPI records, review materials, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs, service expectations, and contractual commitments.
- Coordinate supplier performance review meetings, prepare inputs, and follow up on agreed actions.
- Support supplier governance activities, risk monitoring, and performance improvement follow-up.
2. AI & Procurement Enablement
- Support the adoption of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other digital solutions, within Procurement activities.
- Identify practical opportunities to automate repetitive supplier management and procurement support tasks.
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions in collaboration with IT / Digital teams.
- Support automation initiatives relating to supplier onboarding, supplier due diligence, reporting inputs, compliance tracking, and information management.
- Research emerging AI use cases and recommend practical applications to improve productivity, data accuracy, and decision support.
3. Data Management & Reporting Support
- Coordinate supplier and procurement data collection across stakeholders and ensure timely submission of required information.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to improve accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain structured datasets used for supplier performance reporting, contract monitoring, compliance tracking, and management updates.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve completeness of supplier performance information.
- Support preparation of management reports, presentations, and supplier review packs by providing accurate data inputs and analysis.
What You'll Need
1. Technical and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, business support, data coordination, analytics, automation, or a related field. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Specialist position.
- Good understanding of procurement or supplier management processes is advantageous.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital technologies applied to procurement and supplier management.
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to handle, clean, validate, and reconcile data from different sources.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, or other AI-enabled tools is desirable.
