Position Description
As a member of high performing Inflight Entertainment Operational Control Centre (IFE OCC) under HAECO Hong Kong Line Maintenance, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring and improving safety and quality compliance, staff development, service delivery, and productivity of the team. He/she will focus on safety and quality enhancement, staff training and development, customer projects as well as operational continuous improvement to drive safe and high performing cabin service delivery to customer.
What You'll Do
- Ensure safety compliance and delivery of safety and quality KPIs for IFE OCC.
- Identity, analyze and mitigate potential risks in IFE OCC operations.
- Develop IFE OCC team staff with respect to competencies, training, and career progression to build and drive a high performing team.
- Supervise service delivery of IFE OCC team to customers to meet contractual and operational KPIs and to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Manage IFE OCC team manpower and resources to deliver high productivity.
- Timely update customers for major/critical events and highlight for any potential delay.
- Drive continuous improvement in the IFE OCC operations' process efficiency through systems and digital tools.
What You'll Need
1. Technical and other Relevant Experience
- 10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance including servicing, inspection, defect trouble shooting, repair and rectification.
- Holding a valid HKAR-66 Cat. A/B1.1/B2* Aircraft Maintenance License with two or more aircraft type ratings and authorization on any of B777, A320/321/321Neo, A330 and A350.
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance certification.
- Working experience on maintenance of IFE system will be an advantage.
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Completed HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent.
- Candidate with a Higher Diploma or above in Engineering discipline will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and in Chinese will be an advantage.
