Position Description

  • Line Maintenance resources management, required head count calculations and planning 
  • Staff Engagement initiative and communication strategy implementation 
  • Department administration management 

What You'll Do

  • Act as a Line Maintenance Department Focal point in regarding long term/ medium term manpower planning. 
  • Executions of LM staff communication and engagement strategy 
  • Being a leader of administration team
  • Monitor actual manpower within Line Maintenance department, updating head count dashboard, perform manpower requirement calculation & planning for operations department (Both long term and medium term) during budget and reforecast period.  
  • Compare the head count requirement calculation with peak trough analysis, make recommendation on manpower/ HC rearrangement. 
  • Development job/ role rotation plan for frontline staff to equipe their technical skill set 
  • Executions on staff engagement plan by design/prepare/conducting engagement activity. 
  • Host of Line Maintenance communication platform, including staff representative meeting, following up feedback received from staffs. 
  • Owner of Line Maintenance communication channel, design the communication flow & webpage layout, prepare communication media (Poster/Video/Script) 
  • Being a team leader of administrative team, seek improvement on administrative process. 
  • Other duty related to staff’s aspect assigned by seniors. 

What You'll Need

Functional and other Relevant Experience 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in human resourcing/ administrative task/ leadership role in a small team/ other relevant experience 
  • Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Resources Planning Officer (Line Maintenance) 

 

Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge 

  • Degree in Business Management/ Communication/ PR/ related discipline 
  • Good command of English and Chinese. 
  • Good knowledge of employee ordinance and Human resource is an advantage. 
  • Knowledge on data science, using Power BI/ Power apps and video editing/ multimedia/ visual art not a must but is a distinctive advantage. 
  • Positive mind set, proactive, independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
