Position Description
As a member of high performing Cabin Technical Group under HAECO Hong Kong Line Maintenance, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring and improving safety and quality compliance, staff development, service delivery, and productivity of Cabin Technical Group (CTG) team. He/she will focus on safety and quality enhancement, staff training and development, customer projects as well as operational continuous improvement to drive safe and high performing CTG service delivery to HAECO’s customers.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for CTG team’s safety compliance and delivery of safety and quality KPIs including proper and timely follow-up of occurrences and management of risks
- Responsible for developing CTG staff with respect to competencies, training and career progression to build and drive a high performing CTG team
- Responsible for supporting service delivery of CTG team to customers to meet contractual and operational KPIs and to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Responsible for managing CTG manpower and resources to deliver high productivity and hence financial results
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement in the CTG operations' process efficiency through systems and digital tools
What You'll Need
- Minimum 10 years’ experience relevant experience in aircraft maintenance including servicing, inspection, defect trouble shooting, repair and rectification
- Holding a valid HKAR-66 Cat. A/B1.1/B2* Aircraft Maintenance License with two or more aircraft type ratings and authorization on any of B777, A320/321/321Neo, A330 and A350 highly preferrable
- 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance certification highly preferrable
- Working experience on maintenance of aircraft cabin condition/cabin products/IFE system will be an advantage
- Completed HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent
- Candidate with a Higher Diploma or above in Engineering discipline will be an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written, with Mandarin being an advantage
