What You’ll Do
- Ensure safety compliance and delivery of safety and quality KPIs including proper and timely follow-up of occurrences.
- Identity, analyze and mitigate potential risks to the business, staff, products, and customers.
- Develop CTG staff with respect to competencies, training, and career progression to build and drive a high performing team.
- Supervise service delivery of CTG team to customers to meet contractual and operational KPIs and to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Manage CTG manpower and resources to deliver high productivity and hence financial results.
- Drive continuous improvement in the CTG operations' process efficiency through systems and digital tools.
- Attend and represent CTG in company safety and quality meetings, initiatives, and audits.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage risk levels in all CTG operational areas.
- Perform incident investigation and reporting for safety and quality occurrences (TA/TO/LTI/IOR).
- Manage the overall staff competencies and career development at system level.
- Review and execute staff training, progression, and promotion matters.
- Evaluate customer/vendor work requests, AEOs and SWCs against quality standards and internal work arrangements and implement respective projects.
- Review and manage production KPIs such as utilization on daily basis and give management guidance to frontline to meet operational targets and directions.
- Review and manage manhour booking standard and discipline to ensure financial consistency.
- Participate in lean and business improvement meetings and initiatives, and lead/coordinate the implementation of improvement activities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need
Technical and other Relevant Experience
- 10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance including servicing, inspection, defect trouble shooting, repair and rectification.
- Holding a valid HKAR-66 Cat. A/B1.1/B2* Aircraft Maintenance License with two or more aircraft type ratings and authorization on any of B777, A320/321/321Neo, A330 and A350.
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance certification.
- Working experience on maintenance of aircraft cabin condition/cabin products/IFE system will be an advantage.
Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Completed HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent.
- Candidate with a Higher Diploma or above in Engineering discipline will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and in Chinese will be an advantage.
