What You'll Do

• Liaise with Instructors to develop online / multimedia training materials
• Produce designated training reports to management/auditor
• Optimize the LMS to enhance the training admin process
• Keeps current with external LMS trends and developments and applies learning to improve LMS processes.
• Identifies future strategic development opportunities for the LMS and organisational needs and requirements for new LMS solutions or integrations.
• Liaise with IT for LMS maintenance
• ​Maintain, deployment, configuration, and administration of LMS
• Manages roles, securities, and permissions associated with LMS access.
• Response to any enquires regarding LMS
• Ad-hoc collaboration​
• Generating/producing learning reports
• Collaborates with Instructor to develop interactive online materials
• Provides necessary training to users with different roles
• Develops and executes an enterprise-wide LMS deployment strategy
• Analyzes course reporting data and recommends strategic direction to management.

What You'll Need

1. Qualification & Experience

• Recognized degree in any disciplines, business/management related an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in NetDimensions LMS
• Knowledge of video editing
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365
• Proficiency in online training software - Articulate Storyline
• Senior knowledge in data analysis tool – PowerBI
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
