LM Cargo Duty Controller (CXF)

Position Description
Reporting to the Duty Manager and COE, the CXF Duty In Charge is responsible for production delivery of their section. This includes managing safety, workload and compliance, OTP or ETS delivery and timely resolution or escalation of issues as they arise.
What You'll Do
- Maintain Safety as Number 1 priority.
- Assist Engineers in his team with technical enquiries and elevate to when required.
- Act as the role of ADD coordinator in LMCG to ensure ADD compliance with requirements.
- Immediate reporting of any and all incidents that occur during their shift including LTIs, a/c incidents and others as instructed by management.
- Manage safety and compliance of production teams under his control.
- Allocation of correct resources for operation.
- Maintain awareness of aircraft under his section control.
- Maximize the utilization of his Production teams.
- Ensure a clear and unambiguous handover between shifts.
- Participate in both safety and efficiency projects.
- Development of staff in his team.
- Safe operation of the shift.
- Compliance to shift to all relevant regulations.
- Maximization of CXF team Production utilization.
- Optimal prioritization of work.
- Clear, unambiguous and complete handover of work to next shift.
- Customer satisfaction as measured by contractual KPI.
What You'll Need
Job Requirements & Competencies
- Maintenance Experience on aircraft type B777/GE90. Issue CRS on aircraft defect and transit handling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to ensure High quality customer service.
- Problem solving skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issue promptly, and provide solution to technical difficulty.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet desire aircraft schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience
- Holder of HKAR 66 B1 or B2 License or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in line/base maintenance of an airlines engineering department or an aircraft maintenance repair organizations or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service related and Maintenance planning field.
- Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
