Position Description
IT Manager, Line Maintenance and Mobile Solutions is accountable for the delivery and support IT solutions for the relevant business units to drive innovations and support the business operations.
He/she shall lead the team to ensure business has competitive IT solutions aligned to its business strategies; and to oversee the solutions be designed, built, deployed, and supported in synergy with the overall IT solution portfolio to ensure the company’s lasting business values are realized.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Direction and Standards: Ensure the IT solution portfolio aligns with the business objectives and prioritizations.
- Solution Formulation and Delivery: Ensure business needs are well understood and supported by IT. The solution roadmap continuously enriches the solution portfolio both in terms of business benefits and cost effectiveness
- IT Operations: Ensure the operating IT solutions are available and reliable to support business operations.
- IT Security: Ensure the operating IT solutions and company data on them are secured and well protected.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field or discipline
- A minimum of 12 years of IT experience with 2 years of management experience
- Proven experience in managing a team of technology professionals (including in-house, external, offshore resources) to run strategic IT projects and support IT systems
- Good understanding of Line Maintenance operations and related systems (e.g. AMOS, RMS)
- Experience in design and delivery of mobile apps
- Good understanding of technology trends and capabilities
- Experience with vendor management
- Strong interpersonal skills; promoting healthy relationships and team dynamics
