Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

 

Position Description

Reporting to the Assistant HR Manager. To plan, develop and implement engagement activities, while ensuring employee services are delivered in a timely and effective manner. The role also involves collaboration with staff associations and managing external vendors to foster a positive culture and build strong connections with our employees. 

What You'll Do

  • Plan and deliver employee engagement programmes and annual company events. 

  • Support the development of employee relations strategies through staff associations, employee services, and engagement initiatives. 

  • Prepare, translate, and distribute communication materials—such as company notices, feature stories, and event videos—via the intranet and staff app. 

  • Manage and maintain internal communication platforms including the intranet, app, and display screens. 

  • Compile management reports, statistical analyses, and presentations on various initiatives. 

What You'll Need

1. Job Requirements & Competencies 

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage 
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good in numbers, analytical and presentation skills 
  • Mature, strong sense of responsibilities and prioritizing work 
  • Flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details and able to work independently 
  • Proficient in photo or video editing tools is an advantage 

 

2. Qualification & Experience 

  • Degree holder in HR/Communications /Language Studies or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in employee communications, marketing communications or related fields preferred, preferably in a large complex organization
