Position Description

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support key HR initiatives. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Human Resources, this role will work as part of the Projects & Planning team to support the integration of HAECO Group's Core HR System, SuccessFactors, alongside the deployment and cutover of HAECO Hong Kong's HRMS. In addition, the role will contribute to a diverse portfolio of HR projects covering technology adoption, process improvement, change management and broader transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Support the implementation and integration of the Group Core HR System, SuccessFactors, through process mapping and documentation, data mapping and validation, business process alignment, configuration input, UAT planning and coordination, business readiness activities, and deployment, cutover and transition support.
  • Support the coordination of the entity-level HRMS deployment, with target cutover in Q4 2026, including parallel run preparation, data reconciliation, user guides and communication, change management, cutover activities and post-go-live stabilisation
  • Collaborate amongst HR teams, business stakeholders, Group HR, IT and vendors to drive project delivery and successful adoption of new processes and systems
  • Manage project activities, monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and support the delivery of key milestones and outcomes
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication and change management activities to ensure business readiness and user adoption
  • Support business process reviews and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, employee experience and HR service delivery
  • Prepare project updates, insights and recommendations for management review and decision-making
  • Support the delivery of other HR projects and transformation initiatives as assigned

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience supporting HR projects, system deployments, transformation or change initiatives of a similar scale and complexity, preferably involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting HR system or enterprise-wide system implementations would be an advantage, preferably with knowledge of SuccessFactors, BIPO or similar HR systems.
  • Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently with minimal supervision while escalating risks and issues appropriately.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and stakeholder groups, supported by strong communication, coordination and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong digital mindset with an interest in technology, AI and continuous improvement; competent in process mapping and workflow documentation to support system implementation and process improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

 

Candidates who demonstrate strong competencies and learning agility, but have less experience, will also be considered for the position of Human Resources Executive.
