Position Description

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with all parties and stakeholders of the project to ensure the timely completion of project milestones and deliverables
  • Collaborate with all parties and stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, HR processes, workflows, user role and permissions to ensure the system configuration and customization meet the specified requirements
  • Provide support throughout the entire implementation process, including system configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and parallel run to guarantee successful deliverables
  • Act as the record keeper of the project to ensure that materials and documents maintain up-to-date materials and documents that meet storage and folder requirements
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation as necessary to assist in executing the training and communication plan 

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in HRMS implementation projects
  • Knowledge of HRMS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, BIPO
  • Familiar with HR operations is advantageous
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English Well organized with can-do attitude
