Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

 

Position Description

  • To collect data and analyze it to improve HR strategies and processes and suggest ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.
  • To automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in designing data consolidation methods, procedures, and templates
  • Assist in transforming data into a visible format and extract meaningful information
  • Assist in summarizing and extracting key content from user data
  • Assist in developing communication content such as emails, Microsoft Teams messages, and PowerPoint presentations for various purposes

What You'll Need

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in HR functions with HRMS implementation exposure
  • Understanding of operations for different HR functions
  • Familiarity with project management concepts from pre to post stages
  • Proficient in business English writing; achieving IELTS 6.5, DSE 4, HKAL D or above is preferred
  • Experience in data collection, evaluation, identifying patterns, and commenting on mass data
  • Proficiency in data consolidation and identifying key points from original data/documents
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to manage actions in each project stage
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Human Resources Executive
