Position Description

•        To collect data and analyze it to improve HR strategies and processes and suggest ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.

•        To automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes.

What You'll Do

Objective
•    To collect information and analyze it to improve HR strategies and processes and suggest ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.
•    To automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes.


Key Responsibilities
•    HRMS
•    Assist in coordinating with IT and the related users to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems.
•    Translates functional requirements into work breakdown structures and technical specifications via information gathering, workshops, sessions and interviews.
•    Communicates with project teams, internal clients, and vendors.
•    Assist in HRIS system implementation, including UAT, configuration, security administration, report writing, system optimization post go-live, and cross-functional coordination.
•    Ad hoc projects as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel and managing data.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English are required.
  • Degree holders with at least 5 years of HR experience
  • Experience in HRMS implementation/transformation/upgrade is advantageous.
