Position Description
Reporting to the Assistant HR Manager (C&B), the incumbent will handle daily HR operations and offer professional advice to staff and departments and C&B related projects. This involves promptly addressing staff inquiries and requests, and developing and revising Compensation & Benefits policies.
What You'll Do
- Provide daily, transactional HR operations support to line departments and staff. This includes, but is not limited to, staff movements, contract renewal, off-boarding management, work injury handling, benefits administration, leave & attendance management, and other compensation & benefits (C&B) related matters.
- Provide professional HR advice and support to line departments on staff issues.
- Prepare and consolidate periodical and/or ad-hoc HR analytical reports for management review.
- Assist in managing and overseeing changes in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring its optimal use for data management, analysis, and report generation.
- Conduct data analysis of HR metrics to inform business decisions, including trend analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage overseas payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements & Competencies
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Strong analytical, reasoning and presentation skills
- Proactive, flexible, independent, and detail-minded with good communication and organizational skills
- Mature, strong sense of responsibilities and prioritizing work
- A team player who is able to work with different levels of employees
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
Qualification & Experience
- A recognised Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5-6 years of solid experience in Human Resources in a sizable company
