Position Description

Perform all-rounded talent & partnership activities including attending job fairs and mass recruitment

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for mass recruitment for trainee and internship programmes
  • Perform all-round talent acquisition activities, from job posting, interview and selection to pre- and post- on-board logistics
  • Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, career talks, and other recruitment events
  • Provide administrative support in maintaining employee record keeping and data compilation
  • Handle talent management related coordination work, including job posting, and interview arrangement to salary proposal
  • Provide administrative support in the performance review process
  • Answer telephone enquiries
  • Participating in ad-hoc projects as assigned

What You'll Need

Technical and other Relevant Experiences

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a sizable company
  • Experience in handling talent programme would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details and able to work independently
  • A team player with high initiative, sound interpersonal skill and sensitivity
  • Analytical, results-oriented, customer focus and good project management skills

 

Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

  • University graduate in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Familiar with AI & new technology is preferred
