Human Resources Assistant (5-month contract)

Position Description
Reporting to Assistant HR Manager, C&B, the incumbent will be responsible for providing daily, transactional HR operations support & HR advice to line departments and staff, ensuring prompt resolution of staff requests and enquiries, so as to support the Company in delivering operational excellence to the customers.
What You'll Do
- Handle staff requests and enquiries
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR Senior;
- Update, maintain and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all information in personal files & HRMS
- Support and assist in other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned
- Provide daily, transactional HR operations support to line departments and staff, including staff movements, contract renewal, and leave management, etc.
- Provide support and advice to line department on HR related matters and staff issues
- Provide general administrative supports
What You'll Need
Job Requirements & Competencies
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willing to learn & responsible, eager to develop in HR field
- Proficiency in MS applications i.e. Words, Excel, Chinese Word processing
Qualification & Experience
- Tertiary education in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
- Immediate availability will be highly preferred
- The selected candidate will be hired on a 5-month contractual basis.
