Position Description


The Head of Total Rewards at HAECO Group is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive total rewards strategies and driving implementation by working closely with Entity HR team across the group. This role focuses on streamlining compensation and benefits structures to ensure consistency across entities, developing group-wide wellness strategies, introducing employee wellbeing programs, and recommending retention and recognition programs. Additionally, the Head of Total Rewards will develop workplace flexibility programs and oversee the effectiveness of group bonus schemes and provide support to data analytics.

What You'll Do

 

  • Total Rewards Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports HAECO Group’s business goals, attracts, retains, and motivates employees. Introduction of HAECO Group Compensation Philosophy and uphold pay for performance principles
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of reward programs
  • Policy Development: Create and update total reward policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide salary review budget guidelines and monitor annual salary review processes
  • Compensation Management: Oversee the design and implementation of group compensation programs, including Job Evaluation, salary review, benchmarking activities, compensation structure etc.
  • Benefits and Well-being: Lead the design and management of group benefits programs, including medical, retirement, and wellness initiatives.  Evaluate and enhance well-being programs to support employee health, productivity, and work-life balance
  • Recognition and Incentives: Develop and manage group recognition and incentive programs to drive Pay for Performance culture across HAECO Group. Oversee and monitor group bonus schemes and its effectiveness
  • Data Analytics and Insights: Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and provide actionable insights
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Entity, GHR CoE teams, and business leaders to align total rewards programs with talent needs.  Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other functions to ensure program sustainability and compliance
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing total rewards team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team
  • Project Support: Conduct HR due diligence to support M&A initiatives, Support SAP SF implementation
  • Other initiatives assigned by leadership

     

What You'll Need


1.    Functional and other Relevant Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, trends, and legal requirements 
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
     

2.    Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards or compensation and benefits roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
