Position Description
Our Graduate Trainee Programme offers a unique opportunity for talented graduates to accelerate their development in the dynamic world of aviation. Through job rotations, real-world assignments and exposure to diverse teams, you’ll build a well-rounded understanding of the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) industry while developing the skills, perspectives and networks to unlock your potential and prepare for future leadership roles.
