HAECO Engineering Trainee Programme
HAECO Engineering Trainee Programme aims to develop young graduates with aviation passion, and with engineering backgrounds, to become aircraft maintenance professionals through a well-established and structured training programme.
Upon successful completion of the 4-Year programme, the trainees will continue their career in destined operation units for further development to become professional engineers in engineering support, maintenance scheduling and production planning professionals.
Engineering Trainees will gain valuable experience in various functions while going through job rotations across major areas of the operation including Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance, Production Planning and hands on experience at our maintenance hangars / ramp area.

What You'll Need
- A recognised Degree in Engineering related discipline

- Fresh graduates or university graduated with less than 3 years’ work experience

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with analytical and innovative mindset
- Good team player
