Position Description
The Group Head of Cybersecurity is responsible for all aspects of information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) security and risk management across HAECO Group. He/She will be working closely with all HAECO entities and collaboratively with the Swire Pacific cybersecurity team in driving the cybersecurity programs for long-term improvement for HAECO.
What You'll Do
- Establish, formulate and develop HAECO’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, and management framework
- Drive, implement and maintain best-in-class security measures and fit-for-purpose security technologies and services to ensure all HAECO IT and OT assets and services are secured from internal and external threats, especially AI-related threats.
- Uplift the standard of information security operations, enterprise risk management and appropriate service level agreement in response to IT security issues.
- Management of regulatory and compliance requirements including leading IT efforts in litigations and investigations to HAECO Group Security Policies.
- Ensure a healthy balance between real-world risks and the business need for speed, agility, flexibility, and performance.
- Ensure appropriate Cybersecurity Incident Management, escalation, and recovery.
- Work with Entities to improve overall cybersecurity posture addressing needs on People, Processes & Technologies.
What You'll Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 15 years of combined experience in information security, security operations, security program and project management.
- Experience leading cybersecurity initiatives such as cyber defence capability enhancement, AI adoption and cloud security.
- Experience with contract and vendor negotiation.
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field or discipline.
- Certified CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or other similar credentials
- Knowledge and understanding of NIST and ITIL.
- In-depth knowledge of information security risk management and cybersecurity technologies.
- Fluent in English, Putonghua is an advantage
