What You'll Do

Perform defect analysis on each captured defect

Compose defect solution or next task (work instruction)

Identify and order required spares for rectification and pre-loading

Identify required tools/equipment for rectification
-
Estimate TRT/MH for each defect and set planning attributes

Review power-plant defects and structural defects with CX-TS
-
Evaluate defects for eligibility to transfer to CFI
-
Review restrictive defects and perform technical follow up actions

monitor and maintain ADD KPIs within target levels
-
monitor and drive timely rectification of defects that are a customer priority
-
communicating effectively with Maintenance Control, MC-Support Group, Tech Svs, Line Maintenance, COE DM Planning in order to induce all data around a defect and compose a defect solution.
What You Need

Knowledge of OEM trouble shooting aids and maintenance documentation

Analytical, result-oriented, customer focused and good project management skills

A good team player with strong supervisory skills and communication skills -Sound knowledge in using MS Office application e.g. Word, Excel, Access

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

Holder of valid HKCAD B1.1 basic license or any NAA B1 basic license eligible for conversion exemptions as per HKAR-66 section 4 Appendix XVIII. (Ref https://www.cad.gov.hk/english/pdf/HKAR-66_licensing.pdf)

A minimum of 5 years of LM or BM working experience, preferably hold B1 approval with type aircraft of B747-400, B748, B777, A350, A330, A330NEO or completed full type course and practical training.
