Position Description

Perform fleet technical support & defect management planning services for the AHK fleet. AHK FTS members require to maintain good communication with LM and customers. Rectify ADD as soon as practical to minimize AHK aircraft fleet ADD level.

What You'll Do

• Provide rectification/trouble shooting instruction of deferred defects (ADD/SADD/PADD)

• Identify/demand/pre-load required spares for defect rectification

• Identify required tools/equipment for defect rectification

• Refer aircraft flight schedule to plan ADD clearance in HKG or outstations

• Provide AOG support

• Provide daily’s Maintenance report and Monthly’s KPI report

• Conduct daily meetings for aircraft status update and maintenance plan discussion

• Maintain AHK aircraft ADD rate to the target level

What You'll Need

  • Holder of valid HKCAD B1.1/B2 basic license or any NAA B1 basic license eligible for conversion exemptions as per HKAR-66 section 4 Appendix XVIII. (Ref https://www.cad.gov.hk/english/pdf/HKAR-66_licensing.pdf)
  • A minimum of 5 years of LM or BM working experience with B1/B2 approval preferably with aircraft type A330 or completed full type course and practical training
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
