Position Description
Reporting to BM Manager, Business Insights & Development, Base Maintenance – Improve management decision making through data analytics.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver a spectrum of data services, including data analysis, visualisation, prediction, generating insights, data pipelining, etc.
- Assist in development and enhancement of data management practices, data processing and analytic workflows
- Prepare and maintain technical specification and documentation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks related to data as assigned
What You'll Need
Technical and other Relevant Experience
- Production experience in line or base maintenance is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in implementing data solutions using computing tools for data analytic tasks (e.g. Microsoft Power BI)
- Ability to communicate effectively with people among the organisations
- Ability to obtain data and analyse it to identify insights and opportunities
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage
- Experience in coding SQL, Python, etc is an advantage
Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of experience direct related in data analysis, data science, business intelligence, marketing research, and/or IT system development. (Part of production experience in line or base maintenance can be counted as this experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Science or relevant disciplines
- Good command of English, Chinese (Cantonese), both spoken and written
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Data Analyst
