Corporate Communications Manager

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute corporate communication strategies that effectively convey our company's message to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure that all communications are aligned with our brand and messaging objectives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across HAECO’s network
• Oversee the development of all corporate communication materials, including print and online publications
• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets as well as handle media interviews or enquiries to increase brand visibility and awareness
• Support corporate and customer events and participate in trade shows
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in corporate communications
• Manage ad-hoc corporate communication projects as and when required

What You'll Need

1. Technical and other Relevant Experience

• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful corporate communication strategies
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on corporate communication initiatives
• Willing to travel

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration or other related disciplines 
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communications marketing, and branding covering government relations and CSR
• Experience in aviation related business and in a multi-national environment would be advantageous
