COE Maintenance Controller

Position Description
Coordinate with airline customer and internal parties to manage and control maintenance plan execution, perform task re-prioritisation according to customer’s requirements, resolve job conflicts and constraints faced during the day of operation.
What You'll Do
Technical and other Relevant Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in aircraft planning or aircraft maintenance. Previous experience and working knowledge of maintenance control would be an advantage.
- Maintenance planning or B1/B2 maintenance experience on A320 / A330 / A350 / B777 / B744 / B748.
- A recognized university degree in any discipline; or a valid aircraft license endorsed with appropriate aircraft type ratings.
- Responsible for driving maintenance execution team to ensure the successful accomplishment of the workload plan.
- Be able to analyze dynamic maintenance requirement changes to make re-prioritization decision and endorse maintenance task deferrals according to airline operation requirements.
- Self-driven, tenacious and assertive with the people skills to build solid relationships with the customer and other internal stakeholders.
- Must be exceptionally customer centric and willing to the extra mile to on behalf of the customer.
- Be able to challenge norms and drive change.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willing to work in shift duties.
