Position Description
Manage a team of people to deliver monthly statement generation on time with accuracy and consistency. Proactively communicate with internal department to obtain supporting information before statement meeting with customer. Perform database health monitoring and maintenance. Produce an analytical report to recommend future business improvement opportunities. Identify booking deviation to improve LM productivity.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain vetting team deployment and performance to deliver statement on time.
- Monitor billing data capture accuracy and consistency
- Booking database and report management
- Data analysis to drive process improvement and compliance
- Stakeholders’ communication and support to drive transparency and accuracy.
- Closely work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities for sold, booked and attended manhour.
- Formulate vetting team deployment pattern to ensure non routine vetting and statement generation on time, leave approval management, identify potential vetting team members for staff development.
- Perform daily data health monitoring and report abnormalities for immediate corrective action to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform non routine booking analysis and produce reports for Line Maintenance Manager review, recommend business process improvement.
- Perform database parameter maintenance and charging mechanism change management e.g. sales man-hour, statement grouping logic change.
- Register abnormal practices and communicate to management and financial provisioning team.
- Detect routine job booking deviation trend to alert LM COE and Production to review plan man-hour and sales man-hour.
- Run monthly statement meeting with customer.
- Participate in routine charging mechanism review meeting with commercial and planning department.
- Ensure that relevant vetting systems, reports, and dashboards adhere to defined logic and conduct regular review of compliance
What You'll Need
- Familiar with aircraft maintenance in HAECO Line Maintenance various departments.
- Familiar with HAECO and Cathay Pacific maintenance documents and planning system.
- Business analysis skills. Ability to document business process mapping and modeling for data analyst development.
- Communication and collaboration skills to internal and external customers. Managing customer expectations.
- Ability to apply strategic and critical thinking and risk management in developing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Diploma or above in aircraft maintenance, engineering, data science, or licensed aircraft engineer.
- B1/B2 License holder preferred but not necessary
- Experience of aircraft maintenance with exposure in Line Maintenance for 10 years and above
- Experience in working on Office365 platform
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in leading a team
