Position Description
Facilitate departments to achieve project deliverables and other requirements under the Center of Excellence (CoE) framework, together with leading improvement activities to embed continuous improvement culture in HAECO Hong Kong.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate departments to implement CoE framework.
- Facilitate project teams to achieve the delivery of projects based on agreed timeline.
- Lead training and improvement activities.
- Coach BIE and ABIE.
What You'll Need
Functional and other Relevant Experience
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience, with hands-on experience in implementing improvement projects.
Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
• A recognized Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma Project as a project leader or member.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem solving, presentation, communication and project management skills.
• Proactive, mature, approachable and results oriented.
• Practical understanding and application of Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Proficiency in MS office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in PowerBI will be an advantage.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
