Position Description
The jobholder will work as an SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Expert, and become a part of our team of experts responsible for the end-to-end system implementation and/or support of the SAP HCM Suite of modules encompassing all of the HR Functions. The incumbent will be responsible for performing business analysis and implementing mission-critical enterprise solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
What You'll Do
- Participate in all the project phases (Planning and Designing, Development and Configuration, Integration, Functionality Testing and UAT, Deployment, Post-go live support)
- Drive and/or participate in the requirements confirmation discussions / requirements gathering workshops
- Perform fit-gap analysis as needed: Analyze and assess the feasibility of client requirements, impacts and gaps in the standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors
- Conduct trainings to users at different levels
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements, and participate in overall configuration management
- Work closely with key business users to define and optimize business processes and data flows
- Propose IT solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable benefits to the organization
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement system changes focusing on quality and efficiency
- Plan and carry out necessary system testing to validate the quality of deliverables
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements and are ready for deployment
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of enterprise applications to provide effective system support
- Serve as a Tier 2 support resource for enterprise applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
- Involve in planning and managing projects to ensure they meet the project goals within the agreed scope, time, and budget
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise delays and ensure smooth execution
What You'll Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years of HRIS solution delivery experience in enterprise-scale system integration projects, packaged solutions, and in-house development, preferably within cross-functional environments and sizable organizations
- Experience in all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
- Experience on working with clients on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support
- Proven experience in the end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules is a plus (e.g. EC, EC payroll, RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, Succession, CDP, Compensation)
- Candidates with Project Management experience is a plus
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR or related disciplines, with proven technical background in SAP SuccessFactors
- Proficiency in English, fluency in spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
