Position Description
Responsible for BM Cabin departmental performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity and financial results, while developing cabin maintenance capability, driving continuous improvement and ensuring cabin maintenance activities are delivered in accordance with regulatory, customer and company requirements.
What You'll Do
- Lead, plan and oversee BM Cabin operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost targets.
- Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective and preventive actions to address operational, quality and compliance risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable aviation authority, customer and company requirements, Safety Management System framework, and support audits, investigations and regulatory reviews.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Technical Services, Materials Management and customers to resolve cabin maintenance issues and improve performance.
- Drive process improvement, standardisation and digitalisation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- With assistance of Cabin Project Controller and Head of Section, coach and develop engineers and maintenance staff to strengthen capability, engagement and succession readiness.
What You'll Need
- Minimum +8 years of maintenance / management experience, preferably in aviation industry.
- Proven experience and knowledge of aircraft cabin maintenance/modification/retrofit, cabin systems, interior maintenance and related Base Maintenance operations.
- Degree in engineering, business management, or cabin modification project management is an advantage.
- Aircraft maintenance license holder.
- Profound industry knowledge in line or base maintenance is an advantage.
- High level of adaptation to lead a team in a multi-cultural environment.
