Position Description

Assistant Solutions Analyst, Corporate Solutions is responsible for delivering and supporting IT solutions for HAECO HKG.

He/she designs, develops, deploys, and supports the IT solutions in accordance with project timeline and budget.

What You'll Do

• Ensure business needs are well understood and supported by the IT solutions cost effectively.
• Ensure solutions delivery in accordance with project timeline and budget.
• Ensure the operating IT solutions are available and reliable to support business operations.
• Ensure the operating IT solutions and company data on them are secured and well protected.
• Collaborate with business and IT team to understand and capture business requirements.
• Deliver IT solutions on time and within budget.  Manage vendors in IT Project delivery, system development and support.
• Support and maintain reliable operations of the IT solutions to support business operations.
• Provide technical support for the IT solutions and ensure systems comply with corporate standards for quality and security.

What You'll Need

Functional and other Relevant Experience

• Keep up-to-date Knowledge in development technologies, system integrations and database technologies.
• Good understanding of technology trends and capabilities.

Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field or discipline
• Strong prioritizing and organization skills to accomplish assigned tasks within required timeframe
• A good team leader
• Customer focus and results driven
• Production knowledge in line or base maintenance is an advantage
