Position Description

Reporting to Material Management Manager, Quality & Analysis, the incumbent will assist and manage inventory compliance functions for Material Management department.

What You'll Do

•    Understand and familiar with company and customers' procedure manuals
•    Understand general store operation e.g., binning, issuing to facilitate daily stock take
•    Perform stock take and support the related data entry into customer and HAECO system individually
•    Coordinate with stores team and report stock take progress to immediate supervisors and/or customers 
•    Investigate any stock discrepancies and arrange adjustment upon approval
•    Prepare inventory quality related materials for presentation
•    Act as an account coordinator to communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations.  
•    Make regular presentation materials and customer reports to meet target and KPI presentations. 
•    Assist Quality & Safety team in managing all stock take and inventory control matters related to the assigned accounts. 
•    Perform other tasks as assigned

What You'll Need

Job Requirements 

  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills with Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in use of company IT System MCS system as assess by Material Management Specialist
  • Passed training on Customer Service Skills (Frontline)

 

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience for Diploma holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent
  • No relevant working experience is required for Higher Diploma holder / Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent
