Position Description
Assists the Line Maintenance Manager (Overseas Customer Operations) in overseeing the overseas customer interface for all OCG clients, ensuring all customer requirements are identified and addressed. Supports the management and control of maintenance operations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and the maintenance of a safe working environment. Facilitates liaison and communication with all overseas customers to maintain harmonious relationships and addresses all customer concerns promptly and appropriately. Ensures all HAECO staff requirements are met in accordance with company policy.
What You'll Do
- Provide operational support, ensuring safety, compliance and productivity
- Maintain close and positive relationships with customers
- Drive continuous improvement of departmental KPIs
- Plan and control of department budget
- Manage departmental resources and foster staff development
- Collaborate on joint customer projects
What You'll Need
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in aviation industry. Previous experience in Line Maintenance is advantageous.
- A recognized university degree in any discipline, OR a valid HKAR-66 B1/B2*/B2 License endorsed with appropriate Airbus / Boeing aircraft type ratings.
