Position Description
The position is to support the General Manager in delivering the objectives of Corporate Development Department, of which the responsibilities include market & industry analysis, financial & valuation analysis, stakeholder & relationship management, and project management.
What You'll Do
- Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct industry research and market analysis to support decision making in Strategy Workshop and Strategic Advisory Board
- Financial and Valuation Analysis: Support financial modeling and valuation analysis for strategic projects
- Stakeholder and Relationship Management:

- External: Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC) and other external partners as directed
- Internal: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., entities and group departments)
- Project Management: Support the management of strategic projects including managing timeline, communications and reporting
What You'll Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience. Experience in MRO / aviation industry an advantage
- Basic understanding of the MRO / aviation industry
- Ability to conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats (including emerging technologies)
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing data to derive insights
- Work effectively within cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment, ability to persuade and align stakeholders across technical and operational teams, even when they are not direct reports
- Articulating ideas and research findings in a persuasive and concise manner
- Self-starting and motivated
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- A recognized Bachelor degree; business, accounting / finance or related discipline an advantage
- Basic understanding of corporate finance (business case formulation, valuation, synergy analysis)
- Proficiency in report writing and presentations using advanced software applications
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Chinese, both spoken (Mandarin) and written an advantage
