Position Description
Perform all-rounded talent & partnership activities including attending job fairs and mass recruitment
What You'll Do
- Provide support and advise to line department on HR related matters and staff issues
- Provide service to employee benefits and other related human resources service
- Responsible to respond to issues and concerns of employees
- Perform other operational duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
What You'll Need
- University graduate in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
- 0 - 2 years of relevant working experience in a sizable company
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Executive (Talent & Partnership)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details and able to work independently
- A team player with high initiative, sound interpersonal skill and sensitivity
- Analytical, results-oriented, customer focus and good project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
- Familiar with AI & new technology is preferred
