Assistant Human Resources Executive, Talent & Partnership (1-year contract)

Position Description
Perform all-rounded talent & partnership activities including attending job fairs and mass recruitment.
What You'll Do
- Assist in all talent & partnership activities, including job posting, selection process and conduct interviews
- Support all recruitment activities, including job fairs and career talks
- Contribute to employer branding by creating engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Responsible for administrative duties for new joiners, including pre-employment vetting, employment offers, and other on-boarding logistics
- Provide administrative support in maintaining employee record keeping and data compilation
- Answer telephone enquiries
- Handling of visa applications and administrative support for staff
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
What You'll Need
- University graduate in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
- 0-2 years of relevant working experience in a sizable company
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details and able to work independently
- A team player with high initiative, sound interpersonal skill and sensitivity
- Analytical, results-oriented, customer focus and good project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
- Familiar with CANVA, Photoshop, AI & new technology is preferred
