Position Description

Leverage analytics and data visualization tools to generate management reports and dashboard.  To support LM business process improvement projects, deliver financial analytic reports and dashboards

 

What You'll Do

  • Be part of the newest and most strategically important department in Line Maintenance, work closely across multiple departments to understand the information needs, ensure strategy and developed solutions fit the evolving needs, and how technology supports reengineering to improve the Line Maintenance operations
  • Assist to translate data-driven output into business language to shape the management agenda of the business, and drive better decision making, greater customer satisfaction and better financial performance
  • Support project rollout, deployment and on-going support
  • Prepared data for department management to understanding their position on safety performance
  • Generate automated regular reporting via visualization tools
  • Deliver Financial reporting, dashboard and analytics for business monitoring and delivering insights
  • Ensure data quality at the sources
  • Make appropriate recommendations to respective business stakeholders
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments

 

 

What You'll Need

  1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
  • Knowledge financial/ accounting practices/ statistics, or project management
  • Understand PowerApps formulas and development methods
  • Analytical thinking with strong attention to details
  • Strong communication skill with different levels of stakeholders
  • Self-starter with strong commitment in taking new challenges
  • Multi-task effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

  1. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
  • Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or related disciplines
  • 2 years working experience on handling Finance relevant works
  • Experience in working on solutions that span multiple Office365 services, or technical expertise regarding data models, database design
  • A recognized qualification in process or project management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, PMO), training/ certification on PowerApps Professional, PowerApps Developer or Microsoft Flow, or recognized qualification in finance, accounting or data analytics is preferred
  • Less qualification/ experience would be considered a junior position
