Position Description
Assist Assistant Business Improvement Manager and Business Improvement Manager to facilitate, lead and communicate improvement activities in order to embed a continuous improvement culture within the business.
What You'll Do
• Support the implementation of the HAECO Business Improvement Strategy by being an active and decisive member of the Business Improvement team.
What You'll Need
- No relevant experience is required for fresh university graduates
- A recognized Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Sound analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Knowledge in lean sigma will be an advantage
- Proactive, action-oriented and approachable team-player
- Knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
