Position Description

  • The candidate provides administrative support to the BM Department.
  • The role will be responsible for preparing reports, handling documents and administrating office routines, etc.

What You'll Do

  • Support BM Department to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Prepare routine reports, handle documents and administrating office routines.
  • Maintain the BM Department’s filing system to keep all records up-to-date and accurate.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting sessions with other departments
  • Provide administrative support to the other members of the BM Department as needed.
  • Prepare reports for the BM Department as needed.
  • Provide support for staff-related activities as needed.

What You'll Need

Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

  • Completion of Secondary education (pass in HKCEE / HKDSE); holding a Higher Diploma or equivalent will be an advantage,
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in data entry
  • Good command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
