Accounting Officer (Operation & Control)

Position Description
The position is primarily responsible for bill issuance in SAP S/4 HANA of assigned; and related follow-up work. Hand any ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
What You'll Do
- Primarily responsible for billing using SAP S/4 HANA and related follow-up work
- Assist in preparing audit schedules for interim / annual account closing
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle ad hoc projects (e.g. system migration, workflow automations and improvements)
What You'll Need
- A recognized bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA or equivalent ERP systems for billing or invoicing will be an advantage
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadline
- Good interpersonal skill and teamwork
- High self-initiative in taking up responsibilities
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
