Position Description
Report to Assistant Finance Manager. Provide financial support to GES Finance and drive for result.
What You'll Do
- Preparing monthly reports and analysis for GES management
- Strong communication with other finance teams and business teams
- Liaising with financial auditors to ensure reporting in compliance with the accounting standards
- Ensuring compliance of control and policy
- Assist in statutory reporting and annual audit
- Manage CAPEX, Accounts Receivable reporting, etc.
- Prepare cash flow projection
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, annual budget and forecast reports
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
What You'll Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Knowledge of ERP system (i.e. SAP) will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadline
- Proactive, flexible, independent, and detail-minded with good communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple assignments
- Good business acumen
- Strong numerical sense, communication skills and analytical skills
- Good teamwork and problem solving skills
- Good command of English in both written and verbal
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Recognized Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
- Qualified accountant of recognized professional accounting bodies
