What You’ll Do
- Act as account manager / deputy account manager to assigned customers and ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
- Assist in formulate commercial proposals to meet target profitability and revenue target.
- Assist Marketing & Sales Manager on managing all matters related to assigned account.
- Support Commercial Officer and Assistant Commercial Manager to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Handle Customers’ daily enquiries and coordinate with internal parties
- Develop and recommend marketing strategies that will maximize revenues and market penetration
- Timely communicate and perform contract negotiation and proposal submission with potential customers
- Coordinate with Group Commercial to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare commercial proposals, reports and presentation materials for account and product management purposes
- Day to day management of a large range of customer interfaces
- Timely manage invoicing and accounts receivable as per contractual requirements
- Perform other commercial duties /ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What You Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service / marketing experience or business management aspects; preferably in aviation industry.
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Recognized diploma in any disciplines, business / management related as an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A good team player with good customer services skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and capable to address customers concerns.
- Analytical, results-oriented, customer focus and good priority management skills
- Customer focus and service oriented
- Proficient in preparing customer support correspondences and presentations with MS Office applications.
- Independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
