Position Description

Act as interface between customers and HAECO business units as deputy account manager. 

Coordinate and act as communication bridge on all matters from commercial negotiation to service delivery, balance customer and company interest to achieve win-win situation. 

Focus on customer account management activities and customer services.

What You'll Do

  • Act as account manager / deputy account manager to assigned customers and ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
  • Assist in formulate commercial proposals to meet target profitability and revenue target.
  • Coordinate with Group Commercial to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and recommend marketing strategies that will maximize revenues and market penetration
  • Prepare commercial proposals, reports and presentation materials for account and product management purposes
  • Timely communicate and perform contract negotiation with potential customers
  • Day to day management of a large range of customer interfaces
  • Perform other commercial duties /ad-hoc tasks as assigned

What You'll Need

1.    Functional and other Relevant Experience

  • 1-to-2-year experience in sales and marketing, customer service or business management aspects; preferably in aviation industry.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome.

2.    Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

  • Recognized degree in any disciplines, business / management related is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and capable to address customers concerns.
  • Analytical, results-oriented, customer focus and good priority management skills
  • Foundational knowledge in preparing commercial proposal and RFQ/RFP responses and contracting procedures.
  • Proficient in preparing customer support correspondences and presentations with MS Office applications.
  • Independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
