Assistant Material Management Executive, Material Planning & Projects

What You'll Do

• Plan the spares to fulfil the upcoming requirements, thus, to deliver the final product with safety and quality, with optimizing the inventory level under moderate supervision
• Manage and control inventory of the company under moderate supervision
• Report and monitor stock turnover and stock obsolescence of aircraft material
• Conduct root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action plan for project residue
• Analyze and improve integrity of aircraft pre-draw material list (BOM) under moderate supervision
• Conduct discrepancy analysis based on BOM and actual material consumption upon project completion
• Assist Material Management Executive to make recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders for improving the integrity of BOM
• Assist Material Management Executive to conduct material project and loss analysis and make recommendations to management for improving profitability
• Maintain and validate material consumption database
• Assist to prepare response to Customer RFP
• Assist to prepare provisioning plan for new projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and committed.  Able to work under pressure.
• Good command of conversational English and Chinese
• Good command of written English
• Good PC skills especially Microsoft Office and database applications
• Good analytical skills with knowledge of statistical applications preferred
• Passed training on Customer Service Skills
• Passed trade test administered by MM Department
• Demonstrated proficiency in use of company IT System as assessed by Material Management Specialist
