Position Description

To oversee project execution at all stages, ensuring requirements are met timely and within budget.

What You'll Do


  • Communicate and collaborate with the HR teams and other stakeholders to obtain the users' requirements, identify process improvement initiatives, and manage vendors to provide support or services for system advancement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and related partners to ensure the project stays on track and is completed according to schedule.
  • Assist in customizing system settings, workflows, and interfaces to align with HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration, performing necessary data cleansing and validation.
  • To develop and update the HR analytics dashboard/reports for management review.
  • Conduct UAT to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • Degree holders with at least 5 years of HR experience
  • Experience in HRMS implementation/transformation/upgrade is advantageous.
  • Good at solving complex and legacy issues systematically with a positive, patient, understanding and cooperative attitude and manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English are required.
