What You'll Do

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to customer representatives
  • Support on permits application, hotels accommodation booking, and transportation arrangements for customer representatives
  • Liaise with local on-site customers as well as overseas airlines customers for their on-site work arrangements in HAECO
  • Liaise with external services providers such as hotel sales agents for hotels booking
  • Assist Commercial Officer in maintaining customer records, manage the customer representative office and organize all relationship building customer activities/events with internal and external stakeholders
  • Daily coordination on customers’ requests and enquiries
  • Daily communication and interactions with customer representatives, operations supporting department incl. Equipment Maintenance (Transport), Security and facilities department etc.
  • Project management on departmental project

 

What You Need

1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service / marketing experience or business management aspects; preferably in aviation industry.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

  • Recognized diploma in any disciplines, business / management related as an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • A good team player with good customer services skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and capable to address customers concerns.
  • Analytical, results-oriented, customer focus and good priority management skills
  • Customer focus and service oriented
  • Proficient in preparing customer support correspondences and presentations with MS Office applications.
  • Independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
