Position Description
负责起落架大修部件的检查和拆卸工作，改进拆卸过程中使用的工具，并为新员工提供培训。
What You'll Do
- 协助领班完成日常工作。
- 熟练使用拆卸过程中的标准和非标准工具，以及拆卸过程中使用的液压设备。
- 根据手册来拆卸起落架部件。
- 根据公司质量程序要求对完成的工作进行工卡签署。
- 能够根据工作的需要对工具进行改进。
- 根据工作经验对工艺流程进行优化提升工作效率，并为新员工提供培训。
- 与组员保持良好的沟通，遇到问题及时报告直属领班或指定人员以便采取必要行动。
- 做好工作场所或工作区域的前期准备/保护，做好工作期间及工作完成后场所的清理工作，确保无任何外来物遗留。
What You'll Need
- 至少1年航空/MRO领域工作经验优先考虑
- 大专学历，工程类或相关专业
