Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

 

职位描述

本岗位全面牵头机加钣金车间全流程生产运营管理，统筹生产计划、现场管控、质量保障、设备运维、安全成本及团队建设，确保车间生产高效合规、准时交付，全面达成公司产能、质量、成本、安全等核心经营指标。

（一）生产计划与调度管控

  • 根据客户订单需求，结合实际产能，编制生产计划及工序生产排程。
  • 依托ERP监控生产进度，快速响应突发问题，输出生产数据分析报表。

（二）生产现场与精益管理

  • 推行5S，TPM、目视化管理、精益生产等标准化管理工具；保障设备效率（OEE）达标
  • 监督航空制造工艺纪律落地，保障生产全程工艺合规。
  • 持续提升车间生产效率与精益管理水平。

（三）成本管理

  • 定期核算生产成本，优化资源配置，实现车间成本可控、效益稳步提升。

（四）团队管理与跨部门协同

  • 建立健全团队激励机制，营造积极向上的工作氛围。
  • 与相关部门的高效协同，保障全生产链条顺畅运转。

工作职责

入职要求

（一）基本要求

  • 学历：本科及以上学历，机械制造与自动化、材料成型及控制工程、工业工程、航空航天制造工程等相关专业；
  • 管理经验：3年以上车间管理负责人经验；熟悉航空零部件生产流程者优先录用。

（二）专业能力

  • 掌握机械加工工艺、具备航空质量体系等专业知识。
  • 熟悉MES、ERP等生产管理系统，熟练运用精益生产、TPM等专业生产管理工具。
  • 英语熟练，CET-4及以上听说读写能力
