Located at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, HAECO Landing Gear Services offers a full range of inspection, repair, modification, overhaul, exchange and leasing services. Our authorized capabilities include the repair and overhaul of landing gear for the Boeing 737, 747, 767, 777 and 787, the Airbus A320, the Embraer E190/E195 and the Comac C909.

职位描述

负责货物进出口报关业务、保税仓物料管控及其他关务合规相关工作。管理关务组日常工作，监管关务合规性执行，推动关企沟通协作。

工作职责

  1. 开展保税物料盘点，防范串料、混用问题，配合海关完成保税业务盘点
  2. 排查进出数据差异原因，并及时完成修正
  3. 负责海关系统模块操作培训，能够独立指导高级关务专员开展相关工作
  4. 统筹关务模块整体业务，结合生产需求、起落架维修计划跟进航材报关进度，做好物料全流程跟进
  5. 统筹关务优化改善项目，跟踪项目落地执行。负责 AEO 认证维护、数据模块等海关专项项目迭代更新
  6. 定期开展关务对接业务系统的优化管理，跟进相关系统类项目推进
  7. 统筹关务组各项工作，组织定期组内会议，工作安排分工
  8. 持续优化和规范关务组操作手册
  9. 定期为关务组成员开展培训，负责团队人员的能力培养与发展
  10. 定期复查关务组海关合规情况，盘点问题并跟进整改措施
  11. 定期开展与海关部门的沟通协作会议，促进问题解决与协作

入职要求

  1. 大专或以上学历，与物流相关专业
  2. 至少8年关务工作经验，有航材检查或仓储/物流相关工作经验优先
  3. 持CET4英文证书优先
